| The Olympus BX60 is an optical microscope for reflection and transmission. In both modes polarized light can be employed for sample analysis. The total magnification in the present configuration is 1000x. The sample stage can be lowered to accomodate large samples. Documentations are possible by a Olympus SC35 Type 12 camera and with a digital camera via an adapter. An additional Berek compensator permits birefringence meaurement of i. e. fibers. |
