The Headway Research EC 101Dt-R790 is a low cost resist spinner for all applications in this field. The substrate size can be adjusted by using different vacuum chucks available in sizes ranging from 3/4 to 4.5 inch diameter. It is equipped with a spin timer, accerlaeration control, and foot switch however does not feature any programmable options. Our particular model was installed in a hood so volatile and aggressive solvents can be processed as well.
